HANGZHOU, China — October 23, 2025 — Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd. (“ZC Rubber”), the company behind the WESTLAKE tyre brand, welcomed its UK partner International Tyres, represented by Managing Director Andy Jackson and Commercial Director Richard Allen, the exclusive distributor of WESTLAKE all-steel truck and bus radial (TBR) products in the United Kingdom, to its Hangzhou headquarters this week. The visit underscored the companies’ shared commitment to product quality, supply reliability, and service excellence for UK fleets and dealers.
During the visit, the International Tyres delegation toured ZC Rubber’s corporate showroom, the Future Factory (PCR) in Qiantang District, and the Zhongce Qingquan plant (TBR) in Fuyang. Each stop highlighted a different facet of ZC Rubber’s capabilities—from brand heritage and R&D, to intelligent manufacturing and rigorous quality assurance.
Corporate Showroom: Brand Legacy, Innovation, and Customer Value
The guests explored WESTLAKE alongside other ZC Rubber brands, gaining a clear view of the company’s heritage, global footprint, and innovation roadmap. Exhibits presented key milestones, application-focused product ranges, and sustainability initiatives that reflect ZC Rubber’s customer-value approach.
Future Factory (PCR): Digitalized, Lean, and Sustainable
At the Future Factory, guests saw highly automated PCR lines with real-time quality monitoring and end-to-end traceability. The site showcases ZC Rubber’s smart-manufacturing approach—data-driven planning, intelligent equipment, and automated logistics—to deliver consistent quality while reducing energy use and waste.
Zhongce Qingquan Plant (TBR): Built-in Quality for Heavy-Duty Performance
At the Zhongce Qingquan plant in Fuyang, the guests followed TBR production from mixing and steel-cord preparation to building, curing, and final inspection. Robust casing design, precise belt alignment, and strict in-process checks—supported by traceability—enable durability and retreadability for tyres.
